This delicious no bake Cheesecake is made with Greek yogurt, local honey and has a baklava crust,

topped with fig,orange and Marcona Almond honey caramel. Served in a mini mason jar.

Mini sweet tart shell filled with a coconut chess filling with pineapple and lemon, topped with

Mandarin orange, toasted coconut, whipped cream and micro rosemary sprig.

Hummus layered with Greek yogurt, Feta, sun dried tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, Kalamata olives

served with mini pita rounds.
